Intelligent Building Management System

Eco Hub is a fully featured Intelligent Building Management System (IBMS) that can control Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) plant in buildings to provide maximum occupancy comfort conditions at the lowest possible energy cost. Ancillary services and process plant can also be controlled and sub-metering can be monitored. Eco Hub's modular approach allows for cost effective control of the HVAC plant in small buildings, multiple building scenarios or large building complexes. User day to day supervision of the Eco Hub is carried out using Internet Explorer browser from any PC on the IT network infrastructure or even over the Internet from anywhere in the world, without the need to install any proprietary software. Access is strictly and securely controlled with encryption to authorised pre-programmed users, each user also has a security level that determines the operations that the user can perform.

Ecoview is a unique feature built into the latest Eco range of energy management systems from Allen Martin. Live and historical utility meter readings can be displayed in both text and graphical format. No software needs to be installed as the information is viewed and displayed in a standard web browser. Ecoview can be displayed in multiple locations at once throughout a building; from a desktop PC to a very large screen mounted in reception so that all building occupants can be aware of their effect on the environment. Daily, weekly, monthly and annual energy consumption can be displayed along with live calculations showing carbon footprint data and amount of CO₂ produced.

Eco IO, part of the Allen Martin Ecosystem range, is a powerful input/output module comprising 16 universal inputs and 16 universal outputs that are configured in software, plus 8 dedicated digital inputs. Eco IO is Din rail mounted and has pluggable connectors for ease of installation.

User day to day supervision of Eco Hub is carried out using the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser from any PC on the IT network infrastructure or even over the Internet from anywhere in the world, without the need to install any proprietary software.

Eco Meter Reader

Automatic Meter Reading

Eco meter reader is a dedicated meter reading outstation capable of performing pulsed counting routines and hours-run with four count inputs (C1 to C4) that will accept pulsed 0-5V signals from any volt free changeover contact, making it suitable for use with clamp-on optical meters or integrated electronic meters. In addition a further four auxiliary inputs (A1 to A4) are provided as digital inputs to monitor alarm conditions or to reset the sub totals of the count inputs at pre determined times. Any unused count inputs can be used as digital inputs if required.
